And knowing what content your customers' value is the first step in creating content that converts.  Our tried-and-tested process begins with your target personas. We then define a minimum content set for every marketing funnel stage, from Awareness, Interest, and Desire to Action (AIDA). To create the content, we then explore internal and external options involving your in-house subject matter experts or external writers and content creators.
